Run Meimeizoe Run

I learnt a gym routine from a friend as I needed training for Standard Chartered KL Marathon 2009.

Do this for 5 sets to get a 20 mins cardio work out.
7km/hr 1min
8km/hr 1min
9km/hr 1min
10km/hr 1min

Repeat this set after a 2 min 7km/hr (if i want to)

my big boss runs 10km everyday for only 45mins!!
