Should Men Offer to Drive?

There are different types of men....

1. MCPs that they should be driving so that they would feel in control
2. Kiamsiap guys who would wanna save every cent of their petrol
3. Lazy guys who expect girls to drive them
4. Guys who would volunteer girls a ride (MY DREAM GUY)

I just couldn't underestand that why there are so many guys whom I met is so unwilling to drive girls around!!!??? So sissy

At the same time, there are different types of women..

1. Powerful girl who would prefer to drive on their own
2. Powerful girl who can drive independently yet would prefer to allow guys to drive them out (That's me!!! haha)
3. Girls who can drive to specific place (home-> work, home->groceries)
4. Girls who can drive but don't wish to drive
5. Girls who don't even possess a driver's licence ( so malufying, and so sia-soi)

No lah.. that guy got car one. Ok rephrase my question..

How will you react if your potential boyfriend who has a car but dont want to drive, and ask you to drive to so far (maybe SP) to fetch him, and offering to pay you back the toll and petrol money? What kind of guy is this? o.O

Mei Yi, we not yet enough with your answer yet. Back to oracle's question .. what if you not around? Let's say everyday also give ride to girls. Make it more chi kek.. what if the girl likes your guy, but your guy still wanna give her a ride when you are not around? haha..

What's the Difference between 'Net' and "Nett"

Since it's part of my group's job to publish daily billings report to the management, our Director (from US) pinpointed that we should fix the spelling of 'nett billings' to 'net billings'.
My colleauge was looking at google, trying to understand the 'right' spelling to be used.

I finally checked it from Wikipedia, and found that 'nett' is BRITISH and 'net' is AMERICAN.
No wonder he's offended to fix it to 'net'!
C'mon. I'm in an american MNC, I should be more sensitive towards this.

Nyonya Willow is now at Arena Curve

Penang is indeed a food haven, where both tourists and locals are blessed with many good foods. When it comes to Peranakan or rather, Nyonya food, we could never forget Penang..... aside from Malacca and Singapore.

Nyonya Willow used to be located in a home at Sungai Tiram but now it's currently moved to Arena Curve. Getting there is a little tricky as the parking space around Olive Tree hotel is usually full, thus I'd recommend to park inside the Arena curve where the entrance is situated opposite d'piazza.  I personally find that it's now situated in a more strategic place, as it's easily accessible and nearer to my work place.

As it was on a usual weekday lunch, we ordered a few dishes like jiu hu char (RM14) , lor bak (RM16), kapitan chicken (RM16), pork leg vinegar (RM18), perut ikan (RM18) and babi ponteh (RM16). I'd recommend the kapitan chicken and perut ikan, as well as their gulai tumis (I tried it earlier in my previous visit).

 Our lunch spread :)

Traveling to the Southern Thailand Border - Dannok

It's been a while since I've gotten my passport stamped, thus, I thought I could do a day trip at the southern Thailand border. Being a frequent traveler to Thailand, I've always booked a van service to take me to the border. This time, it's really my first time trying out going to the border by foot.

It wasn't a good day for me as I forgotten to bring my umbrella.
Thus, I bought a not-so-nice one that day.
Moreover exchange rate is really bad. It's like 8.30 rate.
Then, I didn't know how to get the immigration form. So i chose the easier way to go to the shop and get it printed out (I later found out from my next trip that i can walk into the office to get one)

I started my walk along the shops to take a look at clothes, food, and also I bought a floor mat (funny, i thought it was nice). Also, not forgetting 7-11 for the cold drinks.
The weather was really crazy that I stopped at McD for free wifi and aircon, and the samurai pork burger.

 Seriously, tahpau…
