The Word is the Answer..

Your Word I have hidden in my heart, that I might not sin against You. —Psalm 119:11

I have been having lots of questions in my head.
I have been not able to comprehend many things that happened in my life.
But, I know one thing for sure that by reading God's word,
I would be able to find the answers of life.

It's a verse taken from ODB on 10/12/2008.
I remembered having this verse in the children's church and the craft was pocket heart.
We have been teaching the children that reading the bible is VERY important.
Yet, I find it HARD to discipline myself.

Somehow, these few days, I really have the urge to READ God's words.
Yet, again, my lazy nature somewhat stopped me.
And today, I'm proud that at least I went through Psalm 119 (halfway).

I could not stop agreeing that the more I read about God's words, the more understanding/wisdom I receive from him. Maybe it's time to read more and stop FB-ing.

Read your bible, pray everyday, pray everyday, pray everyday (2x),
And you'll grow, grow, grow.

Let's read the Word together, Meiyi. He will direct our paths and we only need to trust Him. Do not worry... :)

What's the Difference between 'Net' and "Nett"

Since it's part of my group's job to publish daily billings report to the management, our Director (from US) pinpointed that we should fix the spelling of 'nett billings' to 'net billings'. My colleauge was looking at google, trying to understand the 'right' spelling to be used. I finally checked it from Wikipedia , and found that 'nett' is BRITISH and 'net' is AMERICAN. No wonder he's offended to fix it to 'net'! C'mon. I'm in an american MNC, I should be more sensitive towards this.

Monday Movie Day - Mamma Mia

Finally, after being a nuffnanger for 3 months, I was invited for a free movie at GSC Gurney. Thanks, nuffnang. Again and again. Free movie for 3. Thanks. :D The blogger community was exceptionally quiet compared to the usual cinema crowd. Perhaps, maybe, they only TALK in their blog. I dont' know. Even as we were watching a few minutes of the silent movie, there were not a single 'hoo-ing' or banana-throwing at the screens. I was looking hard to see if I know anyone. I guess it's just 5xmom with her anti-ISA tshirt. Hm.. Somewhat, after watching the movie, I felt that it was just morally so wrong. Am I too rational? 1. How can one has 3 fathers? Shouldn't they do a DNA check first? 2. Does that mean it's alright sleeping with 3 men one after another and get pregnant and raise the child in an island? 3. It seemed ok for the daughter to just call off the wedding. 4. And, the pastor actually solemnized their wedding just like that? They don't even need to att...
