That day when I was Drunk

Due to the influence of Gem of Life, I thought of visiting clubs that serves drinks by the poolside.
I decided on Sky bar, Traders Hotel.

Fantastic KLCC view ;)

And I ordered this PRICELESS drink, Long Island Tea, Rm30++.

For someone who doesn't drink much, Long Island Tea is a LOT.

I thought I was OK as I finished off the drink quite fast, thinking that it was just TEA after all.

As I started queuing up at the ladies, I began to feel something was going on.

Something started to spin.

I started seeing bright shining stars on top of my head.

I couldn't bear to stand still, as if I was on a boat on a rough sea.

I decided to lie against the sink.

*Total embarrassment*

And, there was still a pretty long queue at the stupiak toilet.

I couldn't hold and *puke*.

*Aahhh*

*instant relief*

There goes my dinner and the drink.

At least I was kind enough to CLEAR up the sink (no more evidence of my *leftovers*)

I still don't understand why some people lose consciousness when they are drunk.

What I felt was my HEAD was SPINNING.

aiyo!!! why isit that most people will think long island is safe? next time hor... get one cocktail that has got either one or two liquor lar. if you wanna kill brain and puke faster ... go bagan and order "six devils seduction":p

sad to say... i was once one of those who lost consciousness... had wine and otard non-stop... and i KO very bad.

An Encounter with Gelatissimo

It was an eventful Saturday afternoon. I had an 'appointment' with Gelatissimo , Gurney Plaza, Penang. I have always wished to try gelatos there (since Lecka Lecka has gone for good) and it's the ONLY store serving gelatos in Penang (I think). There you go.. I'm going to blog on my 'encounter' with Gelatissimo. First and foremost, consumers need to be educated the difference between ice-cream (Haagen dazs, Baskin Robbins, Walls etc) and Gelatos. Gelatos is italian frozen ice dessert and the method of making it is different from ice cream . Basically, gelatos has less cream than ice cream and it has higher density (the molecules are nearer as compared with ice cream). Most importantly, I think the fat content is less as it has more original food as compared with ice cream (usually with articificial coloring and flavours). The friendly staff posing for camera. Vacation nightmare

I was dreaming as if I was in Sentosa. The beach was beautiful and I tried capturing the scenery with my digicam. Sunset was colorful. We were in the closed up area and a few of my friends and I began to pose while getting the staff to take pics for us. We posed quite long for them. Shots don't seem to be good. The scene suddenly changed into a bedroom scene with my sis. There was a great disaster. The enemies had come. With just one blow from his mouth, the bridge was changed into wooden bridge (like Terabithia). They came to destroy by placing the bottle of ketchup (what the??!?) at every spot. We tried to strategize. OOps......... and the dream just died.

Monday Movie Day - Mamma Mia

Finally, after being a nuffnanger for 3 months, I was invited for a free movie at GSC Gurney. Thanks, nuffnang. Again and again. Free movie for 3. Thanks. :D The blogger community was exceptionally quiet compared to the usual cinema crowd. Perhaps, maybe, they only TALK in their blog. I dont' know. Even as we were watching a few minutes of the silent movie, there were not a single 'hoo-ing' or banana-throwing at the screens. I was looking hard to see if I know anyone. I guess it's just 5xmom with her anti-ISA tshirt. Hm.. Somewhat, after watching the movie, I felt that it was just morally so wrong. Am I too rational? 1. How can one has 3 fathers? Shouldn't they do a DNA check first? 2. Does that mean it's alright sleeping with 3 men one after another and get pregnant and raise the child in an island? 3.
