Is my Job Secured?

I've been posting some comments on my Facebook.
Many didn't understood what my company is going through and neither do I.

Many months ago, I dreamt about my colleagues and I (same Business Unit) receiving the letter. I even asked, if my big boss is impacted. AND, it was YES.
BUT strangely, it's only impacting our business unit (dept).
I PANICKED as I was worried for my pictures as all my pictures in my HDD that has not been transferred and I had to return the laptop on the same day. *ok that's silly*
That pretty much reminds me to BACKUP/ARCHIVE/HOUSEKEEP my stuff.

Just last month, at church camp, the guest speaker gave me a word.
He asked me to confirm if I do dream every night (oh yea.. i'm a dreamer, God told him that?).
He asked me to pray to God before I sleep that God will reveal his plans and purpose for me.
In the bible, the angel of the Lord also spoke to Joseph through his dreams (about the birth of Jesus). So, God does speak to us through dreams.

And now, I wont say I'm prophesying.
But, this is definitely for my benefit.
I don't think I'd be able to change whatever that happens (and not meant to do it), but at least, GOD is able to prepare me, at least, for the economy downturn.

Honestly, I do not know what is happening.
I don't know what Chapter 11 is all about.
I only knew, LehMan Brothers employees had to pack their bags and GO!
From wikipedia, it says:
"Chapter 11 is a chapter of the United States Bankruptcy Code, which permits reorganization under the bankruptcy laws of the United States. Chapter 11 bankruptcy is available to any business, whether organized as a corporation or sole proprietorship, and to individuals, although it is most prominently used by corporate entities. In contrast, Chapter 7 governs the process of a liquidation bankruptcy, while Chapter 13 provides a reorganization process for the majority of private individuals with unsecured debts of less than $336,900.00 and secured debts of less than $1,010,650.00 as of April 1, 2007."

Why u never say that it could be Lucifer that grant u such dream..so u could be well prepared for wat's to come and decide urself whether you would wanna join his cohorts in Hell and be a team leader of sort? I mean well, like the saying goes, 'if u believe in ur dream coming through, then be prepared for the nightmare as well', no?

What's the Difference between 'Net' and "Nett"

Since it's part of my group's job to publish daily billings report to the management, our Director (from US) pinpointed that we should fix the spelling of 'nett billings' to 'net billings'. My colleauge was looking at google, trying to understand the 'right' spelling to be used. I finally checked it from Wikipedia , and found that 'nett' is BRITISH and 'net' is AMERICAN. No wonder he's offended to fix it to 'net'! C'mon. I'm in an american MNC, I should be more sensitive towards this.

An afternoon at Dannok

Living at the northern side of Malaysia makes it really convenient and easy to go 'overseas'. For us, going to our neighboring country, be it Thailand or Singapore by land or by flight is really easy. I'm always a fan of Thai food, and with the remaining Thai bahts that I had since my last Bangkok trip (which I didn't finish even crossing the border a couple or times), I decided to go Dannok for FOOD again. So, it's a day trip or rather, half day tour to Dannok For the past few weeks, I was searching for insta / blog /facebook posts if there is any other new hangouts in Dannok, but sadly, I couldn't find many bloggers who write about it. The funny part is, I already blogged about it two years ago. The immigration complex in Malaysia is new. I nearly couldn't recognize it, while passing to get our passport checked. As I didn't want to drive over, we parked our car at the Zon Duty Free. As I entered, I took the wrong ticket (which parking rate is RM3...
