Seems like the maintenance was supposed to be RM100, but they are paying RM150, which is relatively cheap.
ANd he moved in since June 2007. That's pretty early!
I find that this apartment is like a small little housing of itself, with lotsa facilities like tennis court, club house equipped with dance room/ping pong/snooker, swimming pool, jungle walk, children's playground.. and what i liked most is the great scenery they have!
