Lolz. I'm glad.
Instead of doing extreme dieting and exercising or even weight loss pills, the lap-band system is offerring a better option on permanent weight loss. In a way, we would tend to gain back to our original weight if we are not controlling it well.
According to the website, the weight-loss (bariatric) surgery could actually help in several ways:
+ Restrictive—reduces the amount of food the stomach can hold but doesn’t interfere with normal digestion of food and nutrients.
+ Malabsorptive—shortens the digestive tract to limit the number of calories and nutrients that can be absorbed.
+ Combination (gastric bypass) —restricts the amount of food the stomach can hold and reduces the number of calories absorbed by altering the digestive tract.
Wow.. how they do that? I don't know honestly.
Being fat not only look ugly, but it will have many health reasons such as diabetes, high blood pressure and etc.
