What's the point of using a rebate card?
It's pointless even if we have 2% or 5% rebate now.
And i just started using rebate card (yes, true, I had 2% rebate - RM4.50 last month)

Imagine...
My car is dry. I got no $$. I got no cash.
I only have plastic cards.
Sh*t.
If it's just RM10 in my wallet, I got to use it to feed my car.

And just now, I went to the most happening Petronas, Green Lane station in Penang.
(well, seems like Shell works with Credit card)
I was ASKED to use CASH!!
COME ON!
Government. Please help us, the poor rakyat!
Petronas is making so much profit yet wanna save that 1% service charge?

I got no choice but pumped a small amount of RM40. It was not even two levels full!
My car needs more PETROL now. It's thirsty.

And SMS rumour - NO PETROL on Thu?
PLEASE DO SOMETHING......... i plead the government.

Ya lor.. why lah can not use credit card? Your bro luv using credit card all the time even for small purchases.. haha. Next, we will have other places say cash pls.

Isn't it dangerous for the petrol station to be holding so much cash with the increasing robbery? Next, we will have no people wanting to work in petrol station because scared of robbery.

What's the Difference between 'Net' and "Nett"

My colleauge was looking at google, trying to understand the 'right' spelling to be used. I finally checked it from Wikipedia , and found that 'nett' is BRITISH and 'net' is AMERICAN. No wonder he's offended to fix it to 'net'! C'mon. I'm in an american MNC, I should be more sensitive towards this.

An Encounter with Gelatissimo

It was an eventful Saturday afternoon. I had an 'appointment' with Gelatissimo , Gurney Plaza, Penang. I have always wished to try gelatos there (since Lecka Lecka has gone for good) and it's the ONLY store serving gelatos in Penang (I think). There you go.. I'm going to blog on my 'encounter' with Gelatissimo. First and foremost, consumers need to be educated the difference between ice-cream (Haagen dazs, Baskin Robbins, Walls etc) and Gelatos. Gelatos is italian frozen ice dessert and the method of making it is different from ice cream . Basically, gelatos has less cream than ice cream and it has higher density (the molecules are nearer as compared with ice cream). Most importantly, I think the fat content is less as it has more original food as compared with ice cream (usually with articificial coloring and flavours). The friendly staff posing for camera. The girl in spectacles would always asked me if I would like to try their flavours. To be honest, I trie...
