Bread Of Life

Last sunday, I was very honored to have the chance to help out in my church's Sunday CIDS.
The lesson was Rotiman is coming........

We all started with a lesson intro..... with a mom trying to buy roti for her baby.
We all know that at different levels in our spiritual life, we need different level of spiritual food.
The babies need spiritual milk while the mature ones need solid food like bread.


The highlights of the lesson was the actual making of the bread

Teacher Lin gave a good explaination...

Kids were sure EAGER to participate.....
Can you see the number of hands being raised?
Even though the sleepy ones raised their hands!
Dress code was aprons!!!Look at the 'pellets'...

Ready for the oven..

And it tasted real good..
Why do we need Spiritual Food?
To grow in our Christian live, to help us do things that please God, to help us tell others about Jesus, to serve God (when we mature), etc.
How do we get spiritual food? Accept Jesus as our Saviour, read the Bible, pray, listen to the Holy Spirit, etc…
In John 6:35, Jesus called Himself the Bread of Life. Jesus proclaimed that He was the answer to their hunger and thirst. If they ate (came) and drank (believed in) Him, He would satisfy them.
Note:
Sunday CIDS is on every Sunday from 10am-12noon at Penang Christian Centre.

this is interesting & fun..the children really enjoy themselves ya...a good way for them to learn....
and the boy is so cute, yawning & still wans to raise up his hand..

Interesting event for the kids.All looked so enthusiastic!The winner gets more pellets?...

those pellets looks like kacang to me..

Since it's part of my group's job to publish daily billings report to the management, our Director (from US) pinpointed that we should fix the spelling of 'nett billings' to 'net billings'. My colleauge was looking at google, trying to understand the 'right' spelling to be used. I finally checked it from Wikipedia , and found that 'nett' is BRITISH and 'net' is AMERICAN. Let's compare the picture quality of k770i. Without LED light (dark) With LED light (brighter) OK. Not bad. :) Bon Appetit. Mango was nice. Tiramisu was nice. Cookies in the chocolate was nice and i think it was coffee was nice too!

An afternoon at Dannok

Living at the northern side of Malaysia makes it really convenient and easy to go 'overseas'. For us, going to our neighboring country, be it Thailand or Singapore by land or by flight is really easy. I'm always a fan of Thai food, and with the remaining Thai bahts that I had since my last Bangkok trip (which I didn't finish even crossing the border a couple or times), I decided to go Dannok for FOOD again.
