Tea time - Souffle and French Toast

 The talkabout town in Penang - Miam Miam

So far, I have not seen any other restaurants selling souffle. I believe it's the mixer that would determine if the the dessert is good or not. I ordered the classic vanilla souffle. From what I tasted, it's basically, flour, milk, butter, egg whites/yolks, sugar and vanilla essence.



French toast was served in a nice dessert bowl with fresh thick whipped cream, together with maple syrup.



I would think this french-japanese casual dining restaurant caught a  lot of attention. Almost "all" penangites would at least go once to have a bite of their spaghetti or souffle. This place serves plain water, which is good :)
